Two Door Carabela
« on: August 28, 2011, 07:32:53 PM »
In this month's electronic KF bulletin, there's a picture of several Kaiser Carabela bodies "in the white" at the factory. The first body in the pic is clearly a 2 door version. I was unaware of Kaiser building 2 door Carabelas in Argentina, I'd been lead to believe that all were 4 door cars.

By the way, if you're not getting the electronic version of the bulletin...sign up today!

The standard was a 4-door; while there is no indication of a 2-door being regularly available, like Kaiser-Frazer, IKA would from time to time "experiment" with different ideas.

That would be an interesting car to own.  Probably there were a few two door bodies shiped to Argentina among all the leftovers.

How do you sign up for the e-mail bulletin?  I've asked on this forum before, got an e-mail address to send it to, and never had a reply.  I've done this twice.  Is there a secret codeword I should add?

I emailed the request last night and got it this morning. The only secret code I used was my Kf membership number included in my email.
