Definitely not original. Someone once consulted me about it and I explained to them that this was likely a 1949 Frazer with 1948 Kaiser trim on it, done by a restorer and not the factory. Of course that was not what the seller wanted to hear so I was discredited.  The seller mentions "...2000 Kaisers made with Frazer interior..."  which is true but those were the 1947/48 Kaiser Customs. They said "Custom" on the side and they  did have Frazer Manhattan upholstery but they had all Kaiser trim and a Kaiser dash and horn button. We once owned one, a very fancy '48 with leather interior and it did not have any Frazer emblems on it anywhere. The hood ornament and trim are not factory either.   Notice the seller claims they do not know the exact model but they made sure they did not show a photo of the tags or list the serial number as that would be a dead giveaway as to phoniness of the car (is "phoniness" a word???).

It does have the rocker panel moldings found only on the '47-'48 Kaiser Customs.

It looks from this like it is a 48 Kaiser Special with 49-51 Frazer dash added.  Is that right?

That's correct.  A Model K481 is a 1948 Kaiser Special. Body 5 is a four door sedan (47 or 48), TR 2 is standard transmission without overdrive. Paint Code 111 means it was originally Airway Blue. Trim 122 is "Maroon or Brown Pinstripe." RA is believed to stand for "Rear Axle" meaning the rear axle ratio for the OD verses nonOD cars. RA 2 corresponds to a Kaiser without overdrive. Overdrive was not an option on the 1947 Kaiser (although restorers have been known to add it) and very few 1948 Kaisers had overdrive.
The car is a modified 1948 Kaiser special. A 1948 Kaiser Custom (the model with Frazer Manhattan upholstery) would be a K482.  If this is a one-off model that the seller is trying to sell it as, the Trim code would be 888 and it would say SPEC-FO on the data tag.
