Just a note about it - the "AC" is a  heater.  The term "Air Conditioner"  had a different meaning in 1947 when these cars were introduced.

I think I've seen pictures of this car...maybe on craigslist? Anyway, it does have add on A/C with an under dash unit.

I saw that one too (on Craigslist) and it did have a true AC. That one is a '48 Kaiser http://delaware.craigslist.org/cto/5051897929.html so I was pretty sure it's not the same car.

Do you really want the old system?  It probably uses the old type Freon; not that easy to get, also $$$$.  The current type Freon is not compatible with seals, etc.  The switch was made (if I remember right) in the later 1990's; I know it was after 1991 because the prototype Sunbird I had had the old style freon system installed.

It's not the same car. The original ad posted here is for a '47 Frazer and one I reposted from craigslist for a '48 Kaiser. I guess that's why it is very important to post pictures.

I knew it wasn't the same car. Thanks.  My original statement about the A/C stands.
