Anyone know modern numbers for replacement wiper arms and blades to fit my 54 Manhattan? Are arm bases the same size for 51-55?

Yes, the wiper arms used on the 51-5 full size Kaisers are the same. Regarding the blades, the original number is RB-11.  Check eBay as there are universal arms available that have adjustable length and wipe angle.
