license bulb
« on: November 09, 2016, 08:14:20 AM »
I took the light off last night as it was not working. It turned out that the ground just had to be cleaned. Looks like the bulb should come out from inside as the socket has the tangs that clip into the housing from inside. More learned on these cars.

I run a ground wire to both tail light sockets as well as the license light. You will be amazed at the difference! If you have an opening trunk, one of the bolts securing the latch striker plate is a good ground source.
