What is the difference between the 52/53 Kaiser Deluxe hub caps #213755 and the 1954 Kaiser Special hub cap #215045?

Part number 215045 is only listed in the '54 Parts manual supplement which is not illustrated.

Hi,  I have two of each and I see no difference in them....I was just asking in case I am 'missing' something,  I know the reason for different part numbers on the 52/53 and 54 wheel covers- the 54's have 'anti spin tabs' that match up to the wheel rims.  I just don't see a difference on the hub caps when laid side by side.
