Hi, I am new to the board, and am looking forward to learning alot about my beautiful new ride!!  Very excited to share the re-build process of my car the good and bad stories:)  My baby is a 1950 Kaiser - not sure yet what make it is, we are still researching it and waiting for her (Lenora) to be delivered:)

What area do you live in and how is that new car coming along?  I hope you are able to drive it.  Keep us posted!

I believe that this lady is in MI and if I am right, she acquired what may be the only 1949-50 Kaiser Special 4-door Sedan known to be around  that was assembled at the Long Beach plant.  I am hopeful that she joins the KFOCI.  The car hailed from the Alberquerque NM area which makes sense as Long Beach was supposed to deliver to the western states.

When I was much younger I lived in Long Beach and used to go by the Kaiser Frazer plant on Lakewood Blvd. and they used to display a new car on a platform above the main entrance to the plant.  It was quite a sight and I wish I had thought to take a picture of it.  I am sure someone did.
