I thought that Eagles were hardtops (no door post as shown in photo on this car) and wrap-around windshield (two-piece on the car in the photo.

You are correct!  This one is not an eagle as they were all hard tops.

Three piece rear window makes it an Ace. Split windshield makes it a '52.
