Interesting. It is a "Corsair" (as opposed to a Corsair Deluxe") which means it was originally a 4 cylinder car. Lack of bumber gaurds full bright-work around the front windshield is consistent with  the 4 cylinder cars so it has had the engine replaced at one time just as the description states.
If the OD is connected and functional, it should work fine if someone restores it to original type car. Even has the original hood ornament tip - that's unusual.
I think I've seen that car for sale on another site within the last couple of years.
