Interesting comments by the seller.  "Glass" hood?  Does someone remake the hoods in fiberglass because of the gasser reputation of the Henry J?

What are the styling ques difference from the Henry J?  I thought it was a badge and an embossment (best word I can think of) of the USA on the head. Of course, the VIN might identify it as an Allstate.

The Allstate grill, hood ornament and parking lights are different than the J.  In addition, there is no "K" on the horn button (visible in the pictures on the ebay ad), hub caps, gauge cluster bezel and "hole filler" medallions in the back -

If this is really a '53 it is unusual that it does not have a deck lid.  The missing parts that make this car an Allstate are really hard to find.

Since the HJ became a very popular drag car decades ago, but the bodies rusted so quickly, several companies reproduced the body in fiberglass.
Such is also the case for the '41 Willys.
