Over the years I've been told that:
1. 1951 Frazers were Canadian-built cars made by Chrysler Corporation
2. The Kaiser Darrin's engine is a 161 cubic inch Continental industrial engine
3. All Graham-Paige Frazers were built at the Graham-Paige plant (that's from Richard Langworth in KFOCI HANDBOOK Volume 1 from the late 1960's)
And the list goes on. Handouts about your car don't work that well; I tried it years ago. As you noted, the best approach appears to be knowing as much as you can about the car & company so you can give people straight answers.
