Darrin shocks
« on: May 17, 2017, 10:49:06 PM »
what do people us for replacement shocks. Rare Parts sell fronts and backs but they want ~$200 each. For the rear, I matched ends and compressed and extended lengths in the Monroe catalog for about $20 each, am I missing something, why would I pay almost 10 times the amount Rare Parts? I am going to look up fronts tomorrow. Next will be tie rod ends.

thank you. I ordered Monroe 32207, about the same size but not a truck shock. If I find the shocks are to soft I may switch them out for the truck shocks 34904.
I appreciate the the post has a suggestion for front shocks, I am just pulling the old one out to measure them.
