I do not believe that these were ever a genuine accessory for Kaiser Frazer.  The seller has them new for Kaiser also plus most of the other American manufacturers of the fifties.  At $400 you would have the only one at the car show!  Thanks for showing it.

I agree with Gordie, these are generic dispensers with various emblems applied to them. Here is a link to his other auctions:  https://www.ebay.com/sch/goodoldie3655/m.html?item=323098184791&hash=item4b3a270c57%3Ag%3ARMwAAOSwgZdakdhA&vxp=mtr&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

Are the actual dispensers new-old-replacement-stock (NORS)? Who knows, maybe so. Or maybe not, so when you get them and they say CHINA or similar on them, the following will apply (from his ad): ***PLEASE READ AND BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING : All items are sold as-is and are non-returnable so make sure this is the part you need.

This is one of those 'buyer beware' things!  :)  Or, 'you roll the dice and take yer chances'................
