We have a few spare rear leaf spring shackle kits for the 51-55 Kaisers.  They include the four rear rubber bushings and the shackle link and nuts.  They are $50 per side plus shipping.  We do not have the front bushings.  We have had leaf springs made and they come with those bushings already pressed in to place. If interested my email is ldladykf@yahoo.com, Char Dayton.

These guys have a good selection of bushings too. http://www.springsnthings.com/

I bought some oversized ones with the correct ID, ran a bolt & nut through them, chucked them in my drill press and used a file to work them down to the correct OD for the fronts of my Aero springs.

Lathe work in the vertical plane...most ingenious and an excellent idea.

Tucking that into the back of my disordered mind.  :)
