issues with manufacturing fund
« on: May 22, 2013, 12:28:46 PM »
As a new club member I am really confused and concerned. I sent a check one month ago to the manufacturing fund for floor mats etc. To this date my check has not been cashed and no contact after sending an email??? I have heard from others that this is an ongoing issue. Is there anyone reading this who can help me or have any suggestions?
Thanks, Mark -'53 Kaiser Manhattan

Have you contacted Adam Harder, who is in charge of the fund?  This is not like him.

I help ship certain fund items, however, floor mats is not one of them. Adam travels quite a bit...some of that travel includes chasing down suppliers for new items. So, if you've not heard from him, chances are, he's on the road. Aside from the few items I ship from here, the fund is a one-man operation so patience is key.

Items are stored in different places, not in one place.  If you ordered many items, takes time for each one to get the items out.  I would give them some time.  You will get the items, faster than not being able to get them at all.

Become a member of the Kaiser Frazer Owners Club and you'll receive a monthly news bulletin that contains a list of items for sale. Join today...a membership app is on the main site at kfclub.com.

Keep in mind that everyone with a position in the club is a volunteer and most have daily lives that sometimes take precedence over the club. Patience is sometimes needed, but you will be absolutely happy with the item when it shows up.
