Ah...that explains a lot.  I have the Trade Letters for 1954 Aero models but no data books for any of the Willys vehicles

The '54 Willys data book is similar in style to the '47-'51 Frazer data books as it was done after the merger with Willys Overland but the '54 book is the only one I have.  I don't know if they did one for 1955.

Here is the cover for the 1954 Willys Data book. The colors and trim pages that Gordie references does not include code numbers, only names of the paint colors and fabrics.

dont  have  a 1954  eagle hardtop  but  do have  a 1953 aero  eagle  hardtop  with  no  rust  and  was  setting  for  50+ year  and  ran  like  a champ  but  later discovered  it  had  cracks  in  the  exhaust  seat  and  block.    restoring it  body  shop  said  never  seen   a  car  in  such good  shape.
