A Problem Solved
« on: March 05, 2015, 10:33:20 PM »
My dash lights on my 52 Manhattan have never been bright enough....... I know some guys do some modifications with electrical and use 12 volt bulbs for increased 'brightness'.  I have simply changed-out my original small incandescent bulbs and installed new 6-volt LED bulbs (see attached photo) and the difference is dramatic!  The illumination makes night driving a pleasure.
I purchased from:  FlipFlopLED.com       Bulb: BA9-5SMD-6pos

I went to the Flip Flop LED website and put in that number you listed and this is what came up - There is no product that matches the search criteria.

Did you have to talk with some one??

The bulb I replaced was a #55.
I went to:  flipflopled.com and 'clicked' on '6-volt'.  The first bulb listed is:
BA9-5SMD-6pos  it's $5.00

Ok, I put the bulb number you posted in the search area and also did 6 volt.    I did not do the headings, which when I did, all the bulbs popped up.   Thanks
