Would you by chance have the defroster duct elbows?  They look like this.

Lowell: I understand that the HJ/Darrin heater elbows are difficult to find. Is there not a modern solution to the problem?  Perhaps black PVC? I can't recall if these elbows are visible.  Are both of them on the top of the heater box?

Schedule 40 PVC elbow up to and perhaps beyond 2" diameter.

OK... here is one that is rubber and 1.75" i.d. A little "Fiddling" and it could work.

Alan, about 1/2 of one of the elbows is visible. The other isn't.  Since I would not be driving my car when the defroster/defogger is needed, functionality is not that important nor is urgency. Rudy used to reproduce these but he stopped doing so a few years ago and informed me he would not be doing any more - the market has dried up. If I can find one, great - if not, I'll keep waiting/looking. Thanks for  the info just the same.

I have looked at getting these molded with a local rubber manufacturing business.  To create the mold was about $800.
