47 Frazer Manhattan Fuel sending unit....
« on: May 04, 2017, 07:25:40 PM »
Well,  I've spent the better part of the afternoon, searching the internet for a new, or used sending unit,
So far have struck out. Found some information that some of the Kaisers, and Jeeps have units that might
work. So any insight on where I might find one or suitable replacements.
The one I have might be able to be saved, but need something to make a float?  Its not a guarantee....

The unit that came out of my Darrin was probably as bad as yours. It sat in crusty fuel since 1974 which caused half the float to rot away. I sent the unit to these folks and they were able to repair it. Worth the call!

I've called, emailed, and never have gotten a response from this site. So don't know if its running or not, although there is
a voice recording when you call.

Again, thanks to everyone for the information for me to get this car moving forward. Tank currently being cleaned out.
New mounting hardware procured.
And most importantly the sending unit has been sent off for restoration.
