You seldom get "honest" back stories from these ads. I am a cynic I guess, so I am thinking this person inherited this car, maybe got it at a local estate auction or such, and had buyers remorse. The problem is that the cost to dig in on that car would be so much work, even if the mileage is correct.
They pass it on, raise the price to make a profit and believe the buyers will push each other aside to offer up the cash.
