I have to question the quality of service this auction company is offering the seller.  If you check their website, they repeatedly call the car a 1950 FRAZIER.  If they can't get this right, what else are they getting wrong?

Makes you wonder.  It amazes me the mind-numbing stupor brought on at the mention of the name of the "Pride of Willow Run": Frazier, Frasier and Fraser, are all common.  I would think that "Studebaker" or "Chevrolet" would cause more difficulty, but I guess it comes down to an issue of familiarity, which many sellers of KF products seem to lack.  At least he didn't call it a "Kaiser-Frazer," which many do.  But I rarely hear of an "Imperial-Chrysler-DeSoto-Dodge-Plymouth" or a "Continental-Lincoln-Edsel-Mercury-Ford" for sale, do you?  (I didn't want to say "Cadillac-LaSalle-Buick-Marquette-Oldsmobile-Viking-Oakland-Pontiac-Chevrolet" because that seemed too cumbersome!)  ;)

I'm surprised when I see  advertisements for services or parts and they say Frazier or 195- Kaiser-Frazer.. totally lost me after I see that.

The "Hydromatic" transmissions always crack me up. I have to wonder, are they filled with water?

Let's not forget those who call them 'hydrostatic' transmissions...

Here's another one of those "Manhattens"

It's actually a standard. It also amazes me how everyone who has a Frazer thinks it's a Manhattan for some reason.

How about the chopped top, lowered, flat black moonshine runner plan? No moonshiner would have driven a car like that. The whole idea was to blend in, not stand out. It is a nice looking car though. An early 47 since it has the hood supports. Maybe I'll see it at the Iola swap meet in two weeks. It's only an hour away from him.
