Henry J door glass is flat so any auto glass shop should be able to cut new. I might have a latch, I'll check and advise.

Hi, do you happen to have a wiper switch for a vacuum motor for a Kaiser de Luxe '51?
Thanks!

I'm still looking for a '51 Kaiser driver's door vent window assembly [sedan] .  It is shaped a lot like a "4".  A decent frame is the main thing, because right now there is just an opening there.  I'd like to get it sealed up and functional.

I am within driving distance of NE Ohio.

I need the following pieces off any 1951 to 1953 Kaiser. The controls off the lower heater control panel. I do not need the panel or the handbrake part but would need the chrome bezel, nuts, and cables of the switches and controls. (hopefully not too rusty and decent chrome). I understand that the cables can be loosened and cleaned with penetrating oil. I live in New Mexico. 88312   Thanks, Bernard

To answer a few requests:

- I did not see a vacuum wiper switch in my box of switches but will look with the wiper motors. I will advise.

- Still looking for a Henry J door latch. I'm pretty sure I have one.

- For the window vent assembly, I have used but usable. It isn't pretty but will do the job. It'll be cheap if you can pick it up.

- Will check on the lower dash bits. I will advise.

joefrazer, thank you for looking for the door latch.
While you are looking, do you happen to have the "C" and "V" knobs for the dashboard?
And, I know that it is a long shot, but I also need the 3-finned translucent plastic insert for the hood ornament.
Thanks again!

Followups:

- larryk, I do not have any knobs or the hood ornament tip. Knobs are available from Rudy Phillips, one of our club vendors. He may have the ornament tip as well. He can be reached at 760.789.36o8, usually around noon pacific time, US. I'm still looking thru the two large boxes of latches I have for a HJ unit. I'm pretty sure I have one.

- Nils, by luck I found a vacuum switch and cable for the 51 Kaiser. It's $35 plus shipping. A picture is attached. I don't think I have a good knob but will look for one.

- flamingchariots, I do have a driver side vent window assembly for the 51K. As I mentioned in an earlier post, it isn't pretty but the glass is not cracked and the vent window opens and closes in the frame as it should. Shipping would be ridiculous so if you can pick it up, or arrange for someone to do it for you, I'll make you one heck of a deal.

- OLDNMKFR, I have good used TEMP and DEFROST cables that work - they'll need a cleanup - and will look for the VENT cables. I should have the heater switch as well, I will advise once I get to where the box is stored. A photo of the two cables I have is attached.

I believe Adam is reproducing the '53 hood ornament tips.  This one was on ebay recently.  Try clicking on the seller's ID and when the next screen appears choose "Contact" and ask if there are others:
