That is a very nice and rare Kaiser Poster. It dates to 1945 near the end of WWII when Henry J. Kaiser announced on May 25, 1945 that the group had collected 125,503,617 tons of clothing from incomplete reports out of a total goal of 150,000,000 tons. I' ll bet that they made their goal and it was another success for Kaiser!
