A nice looking car with interesting modifications.  It has the Deluxe side trim but they left the small hubcaps and added a 1952 continental kit and removed the special bumper guards.  Converting a stock car to 12 volt was usually done to avoid finding a bad ground in the electrical system.  Someone will enjoy it at whatever price is arrived at.

The two latest auction sales I know of indicate that prices even in the auction fever situation have plunged dramatically.  In recent weeks (before the auctions voluntarily suspended for later re-scheduling) an excellent 1953 Kaiser Dragon with correct type wire wheels sold for under 26K against a pre-auction projection of 35-40K and a 1953 Henry J Corsair Deluxe selling for $4,400 against a pre-auction estimate of 12-16K.  Three more sales need to be reported to see if we're starting a downward trend or if this is panic of the moment selling.
