I am in the need of a hood cable for my heavily modified Henry J (it broke) and since they didn't come with one, I would like any Hood cable that is at least  4 ' long.   I have the housing that is still working fine, it you have any that are just the wir

I am clueless the diameter of your cable but a company named Oregon makes a variety of sizes & lengths. I was able to fit new all new cables to my Aero for what I couldn't find NOS. I basically swaged new Oregon cables to my OEM controls. I can post more info of the process if you find correct size cables &  want to give it a shot.

If it's just the core you need these guys have a nice variety of sizes. The 1/4lb rolls are very reasonable. Not knowing your control end, I'm guessing you'll still need to swage it to your knob shaft as OEM.
