Has anyone successfully fit a pertronix pointless ignition to an f-head willys or darrin? They offer an ignitor for auto lite iat series, but not sure it's one size fits all..

This and the 6 into 2 manifold popped up in a couple replies to a post on the Brazil Willys Rural FB group where a member is asking about increasing horsepower in his BF161 engine (our f-161) while keeping it stock looking.
A quick scan of the translation sounds similar Pertronix, but this has 3 coils.

Huh. Looks like a full modern distributorless ignition system. Certainly something you dont often see.
Definitely cool, but my preference is for a subtle upgrade under the stock distributor cap.
