Wanted: power steering kit for 1954 KM
« on: March 27, 2021, 09:25:27 AM »
I want to convert my manual steering '54 KM to power steering.  Anyone have a Kaiser kit to do this with no cobbling needed--just bolt-on parts?

There was no such kit offered by Kaiser-Frazer.  What many people have done is take the power steering off a mid to late 1950's Rambler.  I would suggest you contact Dale Hammon as he worked out the process and can tell you how it's done.  He's in the club roster that all new members get; Dale is on Philower Road in Beloit, Wisconsin.  Telephone number and e-mail is listed.

Try Larry Barker. He still has complete sets.
