If your are a member of the KFOCI you can run a free WANTED ad in the KFOCI MONTHLY BULLETIN newsletter.  For those unaware, being a member of the Forum is not the same thing as being a member of the club.  I say that because about 2/3 of the Forum's membership consists of non-KFOCI members who (based on how long they've been a Forum member) have no interest in joining the club.

It will be nice when the "sunset" provision is restored to this forum.

What is the "sunset provision"?

Originally, anyone was supposed to be able to sign up for the Forum.  The idea was to show the old car community how helpful this could be in hopes that they might join the club.  Some people did join the club, most did not.  The majority of forum members these days have been forum members for years (as in at least 2) and apparently have no intention of joining.

The original plan was to allow anyone to be active on the Forum for 6 months; if they did not join after that, their membership on the Forum would be terminated.  Such things are often referred to in government as "sunset clauses" where something expires after a period of time.

I, and others would like to see the sunset clause on Forum membership be re-instated.

There was a long thread about this here:  http://kfclub.com/forum/index.php/topic,12994.0.html

But, getting back to the original subject I'd recommend giving Larry Barker a call:  480-843-8110.  He has many, many NOS and used parts in good shape from just about every year of KF cars.  He's located in AZ.  I've found the best time to give him a call is between 9-10am AZ time.  He's also a fount of knowledge on these cars!

Larry Barker and his Mother were admitted to hospital on Sunday the 23rd with COVID.  No further info is available but he may not be able to fill orders for awhile.
