Then and Now Automotive sells kits for, and rebuilds, fuel pumps. Contact them at
http://dragsite.tripod.com/then_and_now_automotive___se.htm

Regarding the wiring - if the wires are still connected to the generator, there will be one that is ground which is connected directly to the case on the generator. That one will go and usually be connected to one of the mounting bolts on the regulator. There are two other terminals on the generator. One will have a thicker wire and one will be much thinner. The thin wire goes to the feild terminal on the regulator (sometimes abbr FLD) and the thicker one goes to the Armature or GEN terminal on the regulator (often abbrev ARM or GEN).

Let me know if this helps.

Club member Bob McBride does wiring harnesses, see his ad in the monthly newsbulletin. He has reconstructed one for the 226 engine Aeros but has never done an earlier one. Give him a call, I've bben told his work is very good.

When I scanned the files to make the wiring diagram cd for the Kaiser cars I also scanned the Willys diagrams in the various books I had on hand. I found these scans today on one of my old hard drives. Here are the files available:
46-52 overdrrive
52 685 chassis
53 passenger car
53 jeepster, station wagon
54 F head engine
54 K engine
52-54 turn signals 675, 685
46-50 four wheel drive station wagon
46-52 station wagon, jeepster 4
46-52 station wagon, jeepster 6
These titles are from the actual diagrams. I am not too familiar with these models. All diagrams in pdf format which means they can be enlarged, rotated etc for use. I will burn these on a cd and mail first class for $6. No fancy labels just the cd. Use the link to my web site to find my address for order or email me with questions.
