I just got my wheels painted,with new tires.Im going to uses the full HJ wheelcover. Do I bend the tabs down on the wheels.I put one of the cover on and it felt like the tabs were hiting the inside of the covers. Any help on this will help. THANKS!  Larry

Hi Larry,  if you have original Henry J wheels you should not need to bend the tabs at all. You may have to bend the clips out on the full wheel cover so they will grip and stay on (full wheel covers flying off is an issue on all of the later Kaiser cars) but the tabs should not get in the way. I've installed many, many sets and it's never happened on mine.
