There were many other parts on the early cars that were different including grill, wheels, brake drums, outside door handles, trunk lid handle, hood, hub caps etc.  There is good information on many of the changes in the service bulletins as well.

1951 Henry J Parts Manual ... now started - the database is completed.  Scanned and loaded first 120 pages.   Let me know if you see problems.  Should finish in the next few days.

http://circlekf.com/kflit/PM/kfpm580.html

This one is the only illustrated HJ Parts Manual.  If you have a 52 or later you need this one as the base and the later parts manuals are supplements to it.  Sorry for all the grease smudges but this is an experienced manual.

This part of the Parts Manual Online Project I am working on.
Key a part number into this link and it will show you where that part was used.
Right now not all Parts Manuals but do have a good start.

http://circlekf.com/kflit/kfpartrequest.html

Try Part No 200390 -- You can see it is both the 51 Kaiser manual and the 54 Kaiser Manual.
Click on VIEW PAGE to see the manual page it was shown on.

47-48 would be great, but since your doing the work I'd do the biggest one last  :) great project you have undertaken, thank you.

Working on 47-48 over the holiday.  It is huge though  ...  over 300 pages but there are mass illustrations which are nicely done.  Travel On

The 49 Manual is larger than the 47-48 Manual.  But working on the 47-48 now.
http://circlekf.com/kflit/PM/kfpm240.html
Scanned the first 70 pages of 300+.  Keyed 1000 so far of close to 4000 part numbers.  Later.

There are two versions of the 47-48 K-F Parts Manual - one that is Red and Black and another that is Brown and Black both dated April 1948

Anyone know what is different about them??  I always thought it was fading but this weekend I saw mint condition ones in both colors.

FYI Seth has let me borrow the ADVANCE K-F Manuals for the early years so I can now bring them online as well.

The Advance K-F Chassis Part List from November 1946 is now online

http://circlekf.com/kflit/PM/kfpm050.html

This one has no illustrations but it is interesting that over a hundred parts in this manual never made the 47- 48 Illustrated version published in April of 1948.
