49 Kaiser or is it a Frazer

I found this on the AACA site. It seems someone dressed up a 49K Deluxe with Frazer trim.

I see a Kaiser with "Linden Green" fender script, a 1949 Kaiser dashboard, 1949 Kaiser tail lights and Kaiser deluxe trim and the Frazer upper trim line.  He calls it a Kaiser.

Remember that some members over the years have gone to great lengths to turn their car into something else by switching interiors, etc.

Correct. Remember that 1948 Frazer "Manhattan" that was on ebay recently. Clearly a standard that someone put "Manhattan" script on and nothing else.
