Does anyone know this car?

Check out this 1948 Kaiser -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZg1HLNe2I8

It must be a 1948 Custom. It appears to have factory leather upholstery in it and if you look carefully when they show the backseat passenger, you can see the hump behind the rear seat suggesting it has the vertically mounted spare tire as the 1949-50s cars did. It has chrome window frames - everything the leather equipped '48 Custom we had had.
Gordy, I think you mentioned seeing a leather equipped '48 Custom in a museum in California. Is this it? I also recall my dad saying he saw a '48 that the Kaiser family owner and it had the vertical mounted spare tire. I wonder if this is it?
Anyone know?
