Kaiser dealership Sign
« on: December 09, 2013, 11:51:05 AM »
I am not a Kaiser guy, but I am a car guy. I took the trouble to join this site to maybe help the cause. I wanted to tell someone that there is an original kaiser dealers sign in the town of Shenandoah Iowa. Which is in the very south west corner of the state. It is in front of the roller skating rink which used to be a Kaiser dealership. It is in the yard and is a large steel post with a horizontal arm and a long angled old neon lighted sign that says Kaiser. It was painted white years ago when the building was painted so blends in, but it is peeling off and the original sign is black and yellow or orange. I remember it before it was painted. It is right on highway 59 on the west side of the road, in the south part of town. I am retired now but I drove by it for 37 years. Someday it will be gone, I hope to a good home.

Google earth is unreal--and a little unnerving, if you want my honest opinion.
