Free Henry J
« on: July 29, 2014, 08:49:15 PM »
I had been told that this car had been bulldozed with the barn it was in a few years ago. Apparently they're just getting ready to do it now. It's my father's car. It's been in the barn for over 30 years. It and the barn are rotted beyond repair. My dad believes the car would split in two if you tried to move it, it's so bad. However, the current owners of the property wanted to give anyone a chance who might want the motor and/or tranny out of it to come get it. It will be buried within the next few days. The car is in South Central Iowa in a town called Bloomfield. Email me at koryandsusan@centurylink.net if you're interested.

It's close to me, 40 miles away, if you need my help.   Bryan   abc.moran@netzero.net

(I actually need some barn wood to make a reclaimed wood harvest table)
No old cars owned.

Please let me know if you do get it and send me some pics. I'm interested to see just how bad it is. I was probably 10 years old last time I saw it and I seem to remember being able to put my foot through the floor back then. That would have been around 1980.
