26 Kaiser's will be auctioned on Nov 7th, in the historic town of Winslow, Arizona ("old" Route 66).  They are from ONE estate and an unfortunate event has taken place for the owner.  All have been garaged for many years.  One Manhattan has been in a Casino Museum for over 20 years - it's being sold...  These vintage autos are Manhattan (some with ******pit dash/turbo charges/supersonic), Traveler, Virginian, Special and the Henry J. Other items.... Many original Kaiser tools - laths - parts (still in the box, hundreds) - Manuals/Books - 100's of vintage Gasoline Memorabilia (Porcelain Signs / Texaco-Sinclair-76-) other vehicle as well chevy coupe and chryslers.  Please, if you are interested let me know....

Wow to bad I live on the other side of globe ,look at the Kaiser with the small 4cyl japanese diesel engine if people think the Kaisers were underpowered with the 226 ! I guess it would top 30mph and alot of smoke and diesel knock.

I think that "four cyinder" is actually one side of a V8.

I am unable to see the goods that are scheduled for the AZ auction. However, I recall a Kaiser at the Albuquque KF National that had an Isuzu Diesel and I was unable to get to the car and examine it. Perhaps it was this one? KF cars have a habit of turning up even though they go through multiple owners.

I went back and looked again and yes, there is one that is clearly a four cylinder.

Wow, really?  This one here is looking like a 4-banger diesel to me.  Am I messed up?

Is that Kaiser a Virginian or convertible?  Nice either way.

I really like the '37 Chevy as well, for cars from the 30's I've always thought the '37 Chevy had about the best lines of any of them--especially the coupe.
