I must be missing something.  Only 107 made?  Where did that come from?

haha, I was thinking it meant 107 with power steering in a 54 manhattan, but wasn't sure. It does look really nice. but with it sitting for so long, I am wondering how much work it needs, such as breaks, ect.. ( is it just a cometic restoration ?) would like to see more pictures such as interior, is anyone is in the area.

This was my brother-in-law's father's car.  It runs and drives great. It is a two tone blue and has 52K orig. miles.  The sister to it was also supercharged and had power steering it went for $1750.00 I think,  and was also rust free and a true turn key car.  The car from the museum sold for $12750.00  also sold were 19 other Kaiser and Frazers and a Henry J.  and  a 1937 Chevy 2 door garaged kept its whole life. The Chevy went for $7K.  11 of the  and cars ran and were driven off onto trailers to new homes.  I bought one of them for $20.00.  The 49 Fraser Manhattan went real cheap also.  My Mother-in-law purchased a 49 Traveler with 14K orig miles and a 52 Deluxe for under $300.00 total nice rust free AZ cars. It was a sad say to see everything go.

It sounds like the rest of us suckers missed out on some great deals.  Hope the cars get taken care of!

The door post serial number plate indicates how many of a given model year/series (such as K542 means Kaiser, 1954, Manhattan) followed by the number of vehicles for this model year/series tagged since start of production.  Serial numbers generally start with 1001 throughout company history, except for 1950 models, 1952 Virginian/Vagabond types and 1954 Kaiser Early Specials (using the 1953 Kaiser bodies with 1-pc rear window and 1953 dashboard).  Numbers on the firewall tag cover model, body type, paint, trim and other particulars to identify when went into the car during its manufacture.

I sure hope the people who bought these cars join the club if they're not already members.  Ken Evans II, are you a member?
