1953 Kaiser Traveler Deluxe Heater Core?

Went to dinner last night with my Traveler and noticed water leaking from under the dash.    It was anti-freeze from the heater core.   How much disassembly is there to remove and replace the heater core?

Pull out the glove box and look for the heater control valve. That is what is probably leaking.
Also look down below your post on another member with a "53 with the same problem. There
is a picture of the valve.
