Interior door handle return springs

Hi;  Does anyone have or know where one can get interior door handle remote control return springs for a 55 Bermuda.  I have to push handles back to center every time.  Only thing wrong with Sweet Willy.  Thanks.  Tom.

Every Aero hardtop I've ever owned has that problem. I don't believe there is a return spring. I will check my parts book. I also remember that one should lock the doors when driving. The passenger door came open when turning one time and my future ex-wife nearly fell out.

Rick;  I guess it would more properly be called a centering spring and is mounted on the remote.  I would post a picture but I can't figure out how.  Help!  Thanks.  Tom.

Looks somewhat familiar. I will check on some door mechanisms when I can pull them out of storage.
