It took only 2 years to get my '53 Manhattan body intact enough to raise it off the frame. The next issue is the doors, which don't fit well because the hinge pins have deteriorated so that there is lots of lateral slop. The shop manual indicates no way they can be renovated. Has anyone concocted a way of repinning, bushing etc, or is there anyone who does this professionally? Or is it a matter of replacement? Thanks for any guidance.
