I saw it when the ad was active, problem is most of these sellers don't know if the item is "in working condition" like it would be a big deal for them to check and to tell the truth about it and let the buyer decide.  I have purchased some items that don't look quite as good in person as they do on e bay and am tired of buying a "pig in a poke", so I am going to buy as many replacement items from what I consider reliable sources if possible, or bid as if I was buying damaged goods, I have lots of broken stuff already and don't need more.  ;D
