Kaiser supersonic engine
« on: January 28, 2016, 11:37:55 AM »
One of the many extra parts I got with a parts car. Don't know condition of it. Comes with hogs head attached. Looks to be only piece missing off it is the distributor. Have no idea how much it is worth. I am in nw Missouri.

Could you supply some additional information ? Engine tag info or engine serial no.?
What do you mean "includes hogs head?

"Hog's head" was often used by old time mechanics to mean the clutch housing.

Yes fid is right hogshead bell housing or clutch housing is right. Serial number is 2014780. It includes flywheel also. The manifolds are off but I have a set of them in with my multitude of parts but don't know if the one off of this engine. Let me know if you need more info. I also have 4 loose distributors but don't know if any are off this engine. Glad to include those parts with this engine if they fit.

Is this a rebuildable 226 block?  What are you asking?  Thanks

Hadn't really looked at this engine until yesterday. It also has the flywheel and clutch attached to it.
