1954 Kaiser Manhattan
« on: February 01, 2010, 10:15:10 PM »
I am the new owner of this 1954 Kaiser Manhattan. It just stated it's journey from Washington State to the UP of Michigan. I'm sure I'll be here with many questions. I'll post more pics when it gets here     http://www.flickr.com/photos/47203801@N08/sets/72157623331615950/

Great news! That car is a clone to my 54. I'm in Ohio and I know of two more like ours that are in the area too. This spring, we will be holding a KF meet in Ypsilanti...I know that's a good drive from the UP, but if you can attend, with or without the car, you won't be disappointed!

Are you referring to the Orphan Car Show?  Barbara and I are planning to be there as well (no car so far) and I may do a book signing at the museum and/or under the book sellers tent at the park.

We donated the 1951 Kaiser Business Coupe we had to the museum when we moved to Kentucky.  Also, one of my  K-F/K-W service posters is on display there on loan.

My plan is to be able to come to the show......I'll be better able to answer that, after the car is here....But I will say, all I hope for is a nice driver :) I would love to see pics of your cars....Taylor
