« on: July 03, 2016, 06:35:29 PM »
I am selling my '52 Allstate. It is listed on craigslist Chicago under Henry J Allstate. Not sure how to link to it.

Notice the original upholstery. I have seen this variation on several ALLSTATES. I have seem quite a lot of variation in what were supposed to be original cars.I do not feel that continuity of interiors was of much concern. I would not disqualify any ALLSTATE interior that looked period correct

Another flavor of an Allstate interior. This car has 12k original miles and was also bought new by a Sears employee.

This ALLSTATE belonged to Dave Antram. I think it went west.

Roadmaster, I bought a 1964 TR4 in 1965, drove it 126,000 miles over 7 years. GREAT car over all. The brit rubber hoses and moldings self destructed every 2-3 years. Replacing the clutch had to be performed from inside the car. It was a bear.I would not want to do it again!

Love this car...  Obviously I'm not well-versed, so would the grill medallion have been just the same K medallion that an HJ has, or was there a different Allstate-specific medallion there, as well?

Completely different grill work on the Allstate. That center grill piece will be tough to find. Still looks like it was a good car.
