Hello, '48 Frazer Manhattans are very desireable cars to have but when they need a complete restoration it is very expensive and most people would rather pay more money to have a running car that they can fix as they can or buy one that is pretty well restored. Unfortunately it costs about four times as much to restore a car than to buy a nice "driver" quality car. When a car needs "everything" it is kind of relagated to parts car status and because this has been in your family since new it would be great if someone in the family would take pity on it and fix it up. If there is no interest perhaps you could advertise it locally where you live and hope that someone is looking for a good project. Shipping out of state would probably exceed the value of the car. Good luck with it!
