Also information on adjusting shoes?

Thanks, that is what I thought. Would you loosen each adjuster an 1/8 0f a turn for a slight drag?

Turn the front adjuster till it locks the wheel. Then back it  off just enough to allow the wheel to rotate. Then turn the rear one till the wheel locks and then back it off just enough for the wheel to turn free.
