Dear Kaiser Forum,
Am looking for a TRANSMISSION RESEAL KIT for my 1953 Kaiser Manhattan. My mechanic informed me that I am in need of one. He has the external parts. Can anyone assist?

Dear Forum,
I own a 1953 Kaiser Manhattan. My mechanic informed me that I need a TRANSMISSION RESEAL KIT. I know the local auto parts will not be able to assist me. The mechanic has the external parts. Where would I be able to get the requested item?
     Thank you,

Kaiser Forum / Tires
« on: April 20, 2021, 09:06:11 AM »
Hello Kaiser Club,
Am in need of new tire. I am going from BIAS to RADIALS. Currently, the tires on my 1953 Kaiser Manhattan are  7.10-15. Should I stay with that? It would be 710-R15.
     Thank you.

Kaiser Forum / Radial Tires
« on: May 21, 2020, 02:49:42 PM »
Hi fellow members, I own a 1953 Kaiser Manhattan 4 door. The car now has Bias 7.10-15 tires. I feel it's time to buy radial tires. Coker Tires gave me a choice of P205 or P215/75R15 with 2 5/8 white walls. I am leaning toward the latter. Would this be appropriate for the vehicle or can someone offer something that is better geared for the car? Any suggestions or answers are most appreciated. Thanks.   Dan, Berthoud CO

Kaiser Forum / Gas and oil
« on: September 30, 2019, 05:40:01 PM »
Hello-----I just purchased a 1953 Kaiser Manhattan. I would like to know that when I need the oil changed, what is the ideal weight oil?? Also, I was told to have the "mid" grade gasoline. In Colorado, we have 85, 87 and 91 Octane. So, do I assume I get the 87 Regular gas?? In CA, their gas is 87, 91, and 93 I believe........Thanks, Dan (a new Coloradoian and Kaiser owner)
