Where did the dual exhaust manifold come from.  I would love to know if it fits and there are more available.

They can be make by cutting and welding the original.
You need to find a good cast iron guy with a gas axe!

They're factory Brazilian manifolds.

Here's a later model version that dumps at the back to clear a modern spin on filter at the oil pump, also Brazil production.
