I am having trouble up-loading pictures.  The pictures are sized at 72KB, which is below the 128KB maximum.  I am receiving the following message "Cannot access attachments upload path!" after clicking the post button.  I have tried loading from the desktop and the C drive.  Any help would be appreciated.

This forum can only post images that are hosted somewhere on the web.

If you email them to me I will host them on the web for you and send you back the link to use when posting.
