Came across this car, and was wondering if there was any more info. Very cool custom.

A few more pictures of the car taken in the 1960s showing some of the modifications made by an owner after KF sold it. Added were the 54 tail lights and bumper.

Also, look closely at the last picture and you'll see that there are no window actuators for the rears. None were installed when the car was built since it was to be just a show car.

I recall seeing the car as a kid at Tom Wilson's place in Michigan. I think he owed it at the time. This would have been around 1965-66.

Have always thought. If only Kaiser had produced a hardtop! What a beautiful addition to the beautiful sedans it would have been.

The 1951 Kaiser Sun Goddess in Puyallup, WA 2015 undergoing restoration work.  Found this photo on Facebook.

I just do not understand why KF did not make a 2 door hardtop, especially after making a 4 door hardtop!

That car is very nice looking.  Compare it to the other 2 door hardtops of 1951-52 and the rest look bulbous and overweight. It almost looks like a sports car.
